The Baltimore Ravens will be featured in prime time a great deal in 2015 as they’ll be on five times. The team plays a difficult schedule that ranks the 11th most difficult in the NFL. The start of the season is not at all easy since the team will play five of the first seven games on the road. But what helps is that the Ravens will play 6 of the last 9 games at home. The Baltimore Ravens open week 1 on Sunday, September 13th at Denver.
The Baltimore Ravens will play at home just twice in the very first 8 weeks of the season which hasn’t happened to the team since 2000. The Ravens survived the tough schedule that year to win the Super Bowl. This year’s start is simply brutal as they have to open the season with trips to Denver and Oakland before a difficult home opener against Cincinnati and a visit to Pittsburgh on a Thursday night. The only real easy game in the very first eight weeks looks to be in Week 5 because they host Cleveland. They then have another ridiculous road visit to San Francisco and Arizona before a difficult home game against San Diego. The team will need their bye which comes in Week 9.
If the Ravens can survive and just be at .500 before their bye week they should be fine as they have a lot of home games late in the season including easy games against the Jaguars and the Rams.
