If the Cincinnati Bengals are to make the playoffs for the fifth straight season they will need to navigate the 2nd toughest schedule of any team in 2015. The Cincinnati Bengals are going to be featured four games in prime time this year but not until Week 9 when they host the Cleveland Browns on CBS/NFL Network. The bye for the team is in Week 7 and gives them extra rest for a vital game in the AFC North against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 8.
This would be the sixth straight season that the Bengals open Away as they visit the Oakland Raiders in Week 1. The Bengals are 3-point road favorites in NFL odds in Vegas for that game. Cincinnati has four games in prime time this year and each is back-to-back. They host the Cleveland Browns in Week 9 on CBS/NFL Network and then host the Houston Texans on ESPN’s Monday Night Football in Week 10. Then they will be on NBC in Week 15 on the road to visit the San Francisco 49ers and they visit the Denver Broncos the following Week on ESPN in Week 16. Playing night games is bad news for Cincinnati because they are 3-11 within their last 14 regular season night games.
The 2nd half of the season 2015 schedule for Cincinnati is difficult and likely will determine whether or not they make the playoffs as they host the Steelers in Week 14, visit the 49ers in Week 15, visit the Broncos in Week 16 and close out the season as they host the Ravens.
