2015 Tampa Bay Buccaneers Schedule – Easiest Schedules

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Rookie quarterback Jameis Winston and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have one of the easiest schedules in the NFL for 2015. Even though the team comes with an easy schedule, they’re still not expected to become a good team and they will be featured in prime time only once this year because they go to the St. Louis Rams late in the summer season on a Thursday night on NFL Network. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers start their season on Sunday, September 13th when they host rookie Marcus Mariota and the Tennessee Titans.

The week 1 season opener for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be intriguing since it matches up the very first two picks in the NFL Draft in Winston and Mariota whilst the Bucs host Tennessee. Tampa Bay has to win their opener because one of the few tough spots within their schedule is early when they play at New Orleans.   If Winston struggles early, that is likely, Tampa Bay is going to get off to a slow start. The bye comes early in Week 6 which can actually help Winston and the Bucs.

The Bucs almost always struggle in winter but they have only 1 game that might be in winter in 2015 and that is at Philadelphia in late November. Tampa Bay will play against head coach Lovie Smith’s former team, the Chicago Bears late in the year Week 16. New offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter should go against his former team the Falcons twice in 2015.
